I am Head of Skills & Regeneration at Sero Consulting (http://www.sero.co.uk). Among other tasks, I co-ordinate activity in Digital 20/20 (http://www.digital2020.org.uk), the Connected Region Strategy for Yorkshire & Humber, within which I lead work on Digital Skills, Public Sector Transformation through Technology, and Digital Inclusion. I also work on national contracts on the impact of technology on Teaching & Learning, Learner Voice, and use of ICT in FE colleges.
My career history includes work in the public, private and voluntary sectors. I was once chair of a national social enterprise organisation, managed a national programme of engagement of housing associations in regeneration, and was Executive Director of the South Yorkshire FE colleges consortium.

Event: - Developing the Microsoft Digital Skills for Citizens Programme - 30th September
A free one-day workshop which will allow you to be in at the beginning of an exciting national initiative which is making recycled computers available to people on low-incomes.
